After looking about for holiday ideas and paper crafts to fit my creative ( read that as cheep ) sense of style, it was not long before I stumbled upon a series of Star Wars themed snowflake patterns. The faces of Admiral Ackbar, Varder, Storm troopers and others just too appealing to the odd geek heart. Anthony Herrera the designer of the patterns has offered them up for your printing and cutting pleasure. Sure it's not a traditional way to decorate the house, but it is so much more fun.
A good bit of advice however; make sure to have a good sharp exacto knife on hand for some of the finer details. It's also a good idea to make sure that should you choose to print off the patterns to use regular paper or even something finer if you have it. The very last thing you want to do is to try and cut through layers of card stock. Something tells me that would ruin the fun quickly.
Be sure to check out Anthony Herrera's page for the patterns and to snoop around at other crafty goodies for the odd at heart he may have lurking about.
